Items must be:

* In original condition

* With original tags attached

* In original packaging where applicable

2. How to Initiate a Return

* Order number

* Item(s) to return

* Brief explanation

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after initiating a return.
